I didn't do it JUST for the rally.....I did it because it's HOT too! Wait till this winter, I'll look like Hank Williams, Jr. during the 70's/80's....long hair and long beard! The trip back from the Delta Cycle Classic in June nearly fried my head, especially only being able to do 40mph because of fuel problems. I wasn't taking that chance again! Hey, WD, thanks for the tip on the doo-rags at the rally! I picked up a pow/mia one to go with my huge head and huge backpatch. You really saved my skin Bro(litteraly)!
We, (myself, Stef and our girls), have got to come see Y'all since we didn't spend as much time with you as we would have liked either. After the Bike Show was over (around 1:15pm), your bike was still next to Stef's. We were over under the big tree talking to some of the Intruder Alert folks, I turn around and look back at Stef's bike, and yours is GONE! Talk about Houdini! How did you manage to sneak past me when I was looking for you? I wasn't even wearing beer goggles!
